There are some clever exercises that you can do to practice and enforce the strategies and solutions identified in the coursework.
Think of a type of conflict that you might encounter and the book will probably cover how to deal with it including children, intimacy, finainces, the in-laws, children, feelings of jealously and a whole lot more.
